Subject: Donations for Catastrophic Leave |
| Hello, my name is Michell and I work at CRC-Norco. In April I had Arthroscopic hip surgery. A catastrophic time bank was set up in my name. I will be undergoing a second surgery on my hip to release the tendon. My recovery time has been estimated at four weeks. I am in need of hours to cover these four weeks.
I have been a member of ABCW for 4 years.
Contact your personnel office if you wish to donate hours. Once again, I work at CRC-Norco.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
